SeaPort-e
SeaPort Enhanced is The Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including: Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

Myth Software team is prepared to provide engineering, system engineering and process engineering support to the Navy. Our team experience and capabilities within this area is in engineering support of computer operations and alterations to existing systems to aid integration across multiple systems, applications, and platforms. We have provided technical professionals responsible for evaluating a wide array of new and emerging technologies, and developing recommendations for security configuration baselines.

Quality Assurance Program
Myth Software follows its ISO 20000:2011 compliant processes to capture performance and contract metrics that ensure execution of individual task orders and overall contract execution. Myth Software ensures its continued use of existing quality review processes through the utilization of weekly internal program status reviews and IPTs, as well as annual quality assurance (QA) audits. Compliance audits are performed by a designated Project Team Member via regularly scheduled and unscheduled audits.
The Myth Software Program leadership will collaboratively inspect and evaluate task performance by:
- Evaluating the quality, completeness, error rate, and delivery reliability of deliverables
- Gathering and documenting metrics, and reporting on those metrics in weekly internal management meetings and monthly reviews
- Reviewing management controls for timely problem identification and resolution
- Capturing applicable knowledge, skills, abilities (KSA) of Myth Software Project Team personnel
- Evaluating performance of personnel, staff qualifications, recruitment, training, and retention, including notification of personnel changes
